These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the root.work website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by MUP ROOT OYUN TASARIM VE İNOVASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“ROOT”). By using the Site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the Site
You must use the Site in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions. You may not attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the Site or other users’ access to it, gain unauthorized access to the Site, or use the Site for unlawful activities.

3. Products and Orders
We aim to keep product images and information on the Site as accurate and up to date as possible. Colors may appear differently from the physical product depending on screen and device settings.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, a pricing error or a technical issue, the customer will be informed and any amount already charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery, withdrawal and return procedures are subject to the relevant policies and agreements published on the Site and applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use third-party services for payment, shipping, analytics or other functions and may contain links to third-party websites. Third-party services and websites are subject to their own terms and policies.

However, where the Site is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party services or circumstances beyond ROOT’s reasonable control, ROOT’s liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law, without limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
ROOT may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in applicable law, the operation of the Site or the services offered. The updated version will take effect when published on the Site. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
