  • Orders placed after 16:00 are processed on the next business day and handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days for delivery to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on the Buyer’s location.

  

4. VALIDITY PERIOD

 All prices listed on the website represent the sales price. Published prices and commitments remain valid until updated. Promotional or time-limited offers remain valid only for the specified duration.

 

This Pre-Contractual Information Form must be read and approved electronically by the Buyer before the consumer contract is finalized.

 

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product(s), without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties.

The costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the Seller.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period by registered mail, email, or telephone. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged.

The returned product(s) must be sent back to the Seller together with:

a) The original invoice issued to the Buyer,

b) A completed return form,

c) The product(s) including original packaging, box, accessories (if any), and all items delivered, intact and undamaged.

Upon receipt of the return and required documents, the Seller shall refund the total amount to the Buyer within 10 days. If the return is made within the 14-day period, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

If the returned product has suffered depreciation or damage caused by the Buyer, the Buyer is liable to compensate the Seller for the loss.

 

6. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL


 6.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed all essential details (product features, sales price, payment terms, and delivery details) on https://root.work/ and confirmed them electronically.

6.2. In distance contracts, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing justification. Notification may be made to hello@root.work or to the Seller’s physical address provided above.

6.3. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product intact, complete, in conformity with the order specifications, and with all applicable warranty documents and user manuals.

6.4. Before the performance obligation expires, the Seller may substitute a product of equal quality and price with the Buyer’s explicit consent.

6.5. If fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer immediately and refund the total amount within 14 days.

6.6. The product will only be delivered once this Pre-Contractual Information Form has been approved electronically. If payment is not made or canceled in bank records, the Seller is released from delivery obligations.

6.7. If, after delivery, the Buyer’s credit card is used unlawfully by third parties without the Buyer’s fault and the bank refuses payment to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days. In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

6.8. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the Seller must notify the Buyer. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or postpone delivery. In case of cancellation, any payment received shall be refunded within 14 days.

  

7. LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Products customized or made to the Buyer’s specifications,

  • Goods liable to deteriorate quickly or with an expired shelf life,

  • Products unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

 

Additionally, in line with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29188, dated 27.11.2014), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases explicitly stated therein.

 

8. FEES
 No additional costs are charged to the Buyer due to the use of the website for placing an order.

 

9. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

 The Buyer may submit complaints or disputes to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in their place of residence or the location where the purchase was made.
