SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship internationally from our fulfillment center in Türkiye. Once your order is paid and confirmed, it will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier, but typically range between 5–12 business days for most countries.
Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:

Natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance

Inaccurate or incomplete address information

Absence of recipient at time of delivery
If you’re not available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pick-up. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
Important Notes

We do not deliver to public locations such as cafés, cargo offices, or internet cafés.

Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

A government-issued photo ID and signature may be required upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with international consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The product must be free of any damage, wear, or missing components.

The return must include the original invoice or receipt.
Return Process

Contact us at hello@root.work with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return label (where applicable).

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item was a gift bundle or included promotional products, all items must be returned together.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), return shipping is free.

If you’re returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unauthorized returns or returns using unapproved couriers may be subject to shipping deductions.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (unless defective):

Opened cosmetics or skincare products

Innerwear or swimwear

Baby and feeding accessories (e.g., bottles, utensils, teething toys)

REFUND TIMELINE
After we receive your return:

Refund timing on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you don’t see your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank with the refund reference number we provide.
