SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been completed. Shipping within Türkiye is free.

Delivery times and conditions may vary in exceptional circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, fire or similar events, as well as in circumstances caused by the recipient, including absence from the delivery address or incorrect delivery information.

A photo ID and signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier may deliver the order to another person at that address after verifying their identity and obtaining a signature, subject to the courier’s procedures.

Please inspect your package upon delivery where possible. If the parcel is visibly crushed, torn, opened or wet, please document the issue with the courier, refuse the parcel where appropriate, and contact us at hello@root.work.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier’s own redelivery or collection procedures will apply. The recipient cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

RETURNS

You may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, where applicable. Return shipping under the statutory right of withdrawal is covered by ROOT in Türkiye.

To request a return:
1. Email hello@root.work with your order number.
2. We will send you the return code and return address for our designated carrier.
3. Send the product back with its invoice and original box or packaging. Keep the shipment tracking number in case we need it.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and we will send you an email update.

If you use a carrier other than the one designated by ROOT, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If such a return is sent to us with charges payable on delivery, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, email hello@root.work with a photo. In such cases, ROOT will cover the applicable return costs.

Return conditions:

- The product must be complete and undamaged and should be returned with its original box or packaging protected from damage.
- Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or that are incomplete or damaged, may be subject to a reduction in refund value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Textile products such as tote bags and beach towels should be unworn or unused, unwashed and returned with their tags attached.
- Any gift or promotional item included with the order must also be returned.
- For invoices issued to a company in Türkiye, any return invoice requirements applicable under Turkish tax rules must be fulfilled.

AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN

We will notify you by email when your return reaches us. Once the return is approved, any refund due will be issued within the period required by applicable law and to the payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return an eligible item in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order.
