ROOT’s commitment to social cohesion and meaningful interactions is exemplified through partnership projects, each with a specific purpose. Each developed project has served as a valuable expertise resource for ROOT, particularly in the field of serious gaming.
In 2018, ROOT’s ‘Unite’ game emerged in a global tender organized by UNICEF for its social cohesion initiative. Developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Family, psychologists, and educators, this partnership project, a strategy game, emphasizes collaboration among players rather than competition, promoting empathy and teamwork.
Same time as the UNICEF project, ROOT also developed a game called ‘Motif’ for the Sadberk Hanim Museum, successfully transforming the traditional museum experience into an impressive journey combining art and culture.
In 2020, upon the invitation of the Turkish Red Crescent, ROOT developed the game “Pursuit of Kindness”, aimed at promoting empathy and kindness against peer bullying. Managing all processes from concept design to distribution, ROOT successfully witnessed the positive impact of the game wherever it reached.
