RETURN POLICY
Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after payment is completed.
In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fire, as well as issues caused by the recipient (not being at the address, no authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.), the delivery time and conditions may vary.
You can receive your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signing for it.
When your order is delivered, you should open the package and inspect the product in the presence of the courier. It is especially important to do this with packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or wet. In case of any unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you should not accept the package and ensure that it is returned to us by the courier by having a report prepared by the courier. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is taken.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notification note containing the courier company’s phone number. No further visits will be made to the address where the notification note was left, and in this case, the customer must collect the package from the branch. The person to receive the delivery cannot be changed after placing the order.
If the delivery address specified is an “internet cafe,” “any coffeehouse,” “branch addresses of courier companies,” or “any public area,” the order will be canceled and delivery to these addresses will not be made.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All our customers have the legal right to return products within 7 business days under the consumer’s ‘Right of Withdrawal without Reason.’
Additionally, you can notify and send back products that you think have a manufacturing defect or other issues within 7 business days from the date you received them. You can contact our support department for information about your return process and send the product back with its invoice via the courier company, with the shipping fee to be paid by us. Once your request reaches us, it will be evaluated, and an information email will be sent to you.
You can return your product free of charge with the courier company we work with. If the product is returned with any courier company other than the one we work with, the shipping fee will be covered by the sender. If the sender does not cover the shipping fee and the product is returned via a different courier company with the shipping fee to be paid on delivery, RGC TASARIM İNOVASYON DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ has the right to deduct the shipping fee from the product’s return amount.
After sending your package, if necessary, you may be asked to share the shipment code. Please keep the cargo tracking number.
If there are any gift or promotional items with the product you wish to return, you must return all of them.
If the invoice for the product is issued in the name of an institution, the ‘RETURN INVOICE’ issued by the institution must be sent with the product, formatted as ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’ without including the shipping cost. If all copies of the invoice are not sent, VAT and all legal obligations are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Ensure that the product you are returning is sent back complete, with the original invoice, undamaged packaging, unused, not damaged due to misuse, with the order number, and to the correct address of RGC TASARIM İNOVASYON DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
During the return/exchange process, the original box/packaging of the purchased product must be preserved and sent without damage.
Products whose original packaging has been damaged, missing box and internal accessories, and which have lost their resaleability cannot be returned.
If the product to be returned has any damage, scratches, tears, tape-label usage, or missing content in the box, the return will not be accepted.
According to the Ministry of Health’s Hygienic Product Regulations, textile, hygiene, and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are defective.
For all textile products including underwear, swimwear, baby-children clothing;
For all feeding tools including food, toilet training products, bottles, plates, bowls, drinking cups, spoon forks;
For all teething toys, pacifiers, and breastfeeding group products;
For all hygiene products including care products for mother and baby, bath products;
For all care and cosmetic products like shampoo, sunscreen, lotion, nail products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
AFTER YOUR RETURN REACHES US:
An information email will be sent to you, and when your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts from the time the returned product is received by us. (This is mandatory according to the General Communique of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385). The reflection time of the refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. In case of a delay in the reflection of your return transaction on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Transaction Number included in the information email we send you.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
For any purchase you made from RGC TASARIM İNOVASYON DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, we do not offer exchanges regardless of the nature of the product. However, you can return the product within 7 days from the date you received it by fulfilling the conditions specified above.
